The guest house we share on the property, so-called MARÉ BAIXA is rented out all year round as a holiday home up to 4 guests.
The rental rate varies depending on the rental period and length of your stay.
Low Season 2024 ( November - March )
130€/night
Mid-Season 2024 ( April / May / June / September /October )
170€/night
High Season 2024 (July / August)
210€/night
‘Ideally’ rented in High-season on weekbasis from Saturday to Saturday. We can make exceptions if flights schedule does not correspond to this day of arrival or departure.
In the remaining months the guesthouse is rented with minimum at least 4 nights.
Deposit of 50% to confirm the reservation.
Balance: 1 month before arrival
Damage deposit op 250€.
