Rental Rates

The guest house, MARÉ BAIXA, is available for rent throughout the year and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Rental Rates 2026*

• Low Season (November - March): 160€/night

• Mid-Season (April, May, June, September, October): 190€/night

• High Season (July, August): 230€/night

During High Season, the guest house is typically rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions can be made if flight schedules do not align with these arrival or departure dates.

For stays in other months, there is a minimum booking of 4 nights.

Payment Terms:

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

• The balance is due 1 month before arrival.

• A damage deposit of 250€ is also required.
